Adopt A Program
The Boys and Girls Club of Leduc is excited to provide an opportunity for local businesses and industry to invest today in tomorrow's leaders. By adopting one of our programs you will provide unique opportunities for our community's children and youth who otherwise may not have the resources to access quality after school programming.
The Boys and Girls Club of Leduc purposefully keeps its membership fees at $10.00 per year in order to provide equal access to our programs and services. As a not-for-profit agency we rely on government grants and community support. There are many "not-for-profit" agencies and societies that charge registration and lesson fees in order to pay for the instructors and or coaches as well as set obligations for parents to fund raise further money; these agencies are given the same access to the very funding that we are in search of.
The Boys and Girls Club of Leduc is a community based agency that provides programs to ALL children and youth between 6-17 years, regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, gender, socio-economic standing.
We challenge the children and youth that attend our programs to reach inside and begin to unlock their potential. We challenge the children and youth to accept one another, tolerate each other's differences and appreciate those differences. Our staff and volunteers role model social competencies that promote positive values, communication skills, non-violent intervention and healthy relationship building.
When you adopt one of our programs you will providing the children and youth of Leduc a unique experience that will shape their future. You will be given bi-annual updates of the program including a statistical report, activity log, and pictures. Your name and logo will placed on all published material specific to the program that you adopted. Your company will be highlighted on our web site with the program your program, and a link to your company's website (if there is one).
Adopting one of our programs is investing in our youth, assisting them in becoming responsible contributing citizens.
