Day Camps:

Day Camps run from 9:00am - 4:00pm

November 21: PD Day Camp: In House

Sign up for this day camp starts Wednesday November 12, we only have 20 spots.

You will also need a $25 cheque/money for the late fee deposit (if you are unsure of what this is, please ask a staff).

Van Shuttle:

The Cost of Van shuttle is $10 every month.

Van shuttle payment for the month of November is due on November 6. If you have not paid, please pay the fee of $10 in order for your child to get picked up.

We pick up at Notre Dame, Caledonia Park, and Corinthia Park only.

KIN (Kids Into Nutrition): All Ages

A great opportunity to learn the basics of working safely in the Kitchen, this program is geared towards our members and covers safe food preparation, cooking, cleaning, balanced menu planning; most of all

EATING what you make.  Thanks to a very generous anonymous supporter, there is no cost to participating in this program.

   
   
MAK (Many Amazing Kids): Ages 6 - 10
  • Learn techniques on respecting themselves and those around them
  • Building self esteem
  • Getting to know new people and building social skills
  • Getting involved in the communtiy including the intergenerational  program where MAK kids get to interact with the seniors in the community once a month

 

 
TORCH: Ages 11 - 13
   
 
  • Participates in leadership development and social interaction activities.
  • Regional leadership opportunities and retreats.
  • Plan and participate in TORCH field trips and fundraisers.
   
KEYSTONE: Ages 14 - 17
   
 
  • Leadership building skills, teambuilding skills, program planning and evaluation.
  • Participation in Regional and National Events.
  • Low cost field trips and outtings.
  • Fundraising activities.

BOYS NIGHT / GIRLS NIGHT: All Ages

 

LUNCH DROP-IN: Ages 12 - 17 Available September to June

11:30am-12:30pm Monday-Friday

The Boys and Girls staff provide a meal and or means in which to cook or warm up lunch for the students.

Recreational activities, chat sessions and a safe place to be during the lunch hour.  NO COST

PD DAYS/HOLIDAYS: Ages: 6-11 Year Round on PD Days & Holidays

A structured and safe environment from 9:00-4:00 when there is no school (except Holidays).  A base registration fee of only $12.00.  It is recommended that you register early due to the high demand for this program.

Cool Moves: Ages 11-17
   
 
  • Cool Moves is a group of chosen youth who want to become a better leader. This group is part of the Get B.U.S.Y program that is run by Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada. They do many things within the community and club
  • The voluteer throughout the week in the fall and help the staff run games. and they also help staff with the KIN program that runs on Fridays.
  • In the summer our Cool Moves leaders have the oppurtunity to become a C.I.T (Councelor in Training). By being a CIT they work beside the staff and learn how to become a great leader and mentor. they plan and run activites for at least a half hour everday during the summer
